Who we are

Future Homes Homestay in Koonammoochi, Thrissur, runs this website. For a privacy question or complaint, email futurehomestay2026@gmail.com.

What this site collects

When you visit, our host Vercel keeps basic server logs such as your IP address, browser and pages requested so it can deliver and protect the site.

We use Contentsquare (Hotjar) analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they click, tap, scroll and move through the site, including session replays. It uses first-party cookies and may collect an online identifier, device and browser details, country and interactions with the site. We use this information only to find problems and improve the site. Read Contentsquare's visitor privacy notice.

We also use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and clicks on enquiry links. It uses first-party cookies and collects browser and device details, approximate location and activity on the site. We use this to understand how people find us and which pages lead to enquiries. Read Google's privacy policy.

Enquiries and platform bookings

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use the details you choose to send — such as your name, contact details, dates, group size and message — only to answer your enquiry and arrange a stay. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing.

If you book through Airbnb, Booking.com or MakeMyTrip, that platform handles the booking information you provide under its own privacy policy: Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser. Google's Analytics opt-out add-on stops Google Analytics collection. Do Not Track stops Contentsquare session capture. Email futurehomestay2026@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or make a complaint.
